Mustangs Softball Set for Opening Day
RAINSVILLE, Ala. — February 4, 2026 — The Northeast Alabama Community College Mustangs Softball Team is stepping onto the field for an exciting start to the 2026 season! They will open up with a double header at Marion Military on Thursday February 5th, with game 1 starting at 12:00 p.m.
On Saturday Februrary 7th, the Mustangs will open up at home for the first time this season. Fans are invited to join NACC Softball at Nathanial Ledbetter Stadium for a double header starting at 1:00 p.m.
Head Coach Joe Guthrie and the Mustangs are looking forward to a strong year, building off a competitive fall and the energy of a talented new roster. The team has been working hard in the off-season, and the coaching staff is eager to showcase the team's determination, teamwork, and Mustang pride. "We are excited to begin this season. We have and will continue to work hard on our championship goals. It's going to be a very challenging and fun year."

NACC students: Free with Student ID

Seating is limited, so early purchase is recommended.
